Member of a working group that is drafting guidance on healthcare property investments and developing impact analyses from a sustainable finance perspective. Development of a sustainable campus building with premises for student nations as well as retail, office and teaching space.

Advice on preparing the construction, leasing and ownership arrangement for a new fire station. The investment is being delivered through a lease model.

#KIRAriskDD – supply chain sustainability risks
I led a joint industry initiative that developed a method for managing environmental and human rights risks in construction supply chains. In a pilot in winter 2025–2026, 11 companies tested the method on low-carbon precast concrete elements, steel structures, plasterboard and timber elements.
#kiraESRS – a shared data architecture
A shared data architecture for ESRS sustainability reporting in the Finnish property sector. More than 20 property investors, owners and stakeholders took part, together with FIGBC and KTI.
